The Addition of McClane’s Son — You might think that adding McClane’s adult son to “A Good Day to Die Hard” was a studio decision. But, according to WorstPreviews, it was all Willis’ idea. The film’s director, John Moore, explained more about the storyline at the film’s London premiere. “This was a story that Bruce pitched to us,” Moore said. “He said, ‘I think in this ‘Die Hard’ it will be good to go find my son.’” The addition of McClane’s son is sure to add a new element to an already action-packed film.
He’s Not a Fan of the Film’s Title — “A Good Day to Die Hard” has a certain nostalgia factor to it, which some fans may like, but Willis isn’t too fond of it. According to Digital Spy, Willis explained more about his feelings about the title during an interview on “The One Show.” “I don’t quite understand it. It’s a good day…to die hard?,” Willis said. “I’m still working on it.”
